What Makes Austin Weird - Live is an event series inspired by the amazing musicians who have let us play their music on the podcast. WMAW - Live sessions are live, on-stage interviews with musicians who will treat us to some unplugged music throughout their interrogation.

Our goal with these sessions is to give music fans the chance to hear about the lives and inspirations of some great Austin artists and to showcase their music in an acoustic format.

These shows will be free, but we’ll accept your donations if you want to support us. 50% of all donations during the WMAW - Live sessions will go to the featured artist.
